Azad Ali: radical Islamist, appointed by Britain's top police force, to protect us from, um, radical Islamists

Continuing the Telegraph’s excellent recent work in uncovering the infiltration of the ever-credulous British Establishment by Islamic radicals and terror supporters, we discover that even the people we trust to protect us from them are hiring them to ‘help’:

Sir Ian Blair [Former Metropolitan Police Commissioner] signed a formal agreement with an Islamic extremist to treat him as the Metropolitan Police’s “principal” representative of the Muslim community, it can be disclosed. The activist, Azad Ali, was accepted by the Met as a trusted interlocutor. The force also agreed to give him information on forthcoming anti-terror raids. – Mr Ali has previously justified the killing of British troops in Iraq, believes al Qaeda is a “myth,” and has praised a key mentor of Osama bin Laden.

Mr Ali signed the deal, a copy of which has been seen by the Daily Telegraph, in his capacity as the then chairman of the Muslim Safety Forum – a body closely linked to the fundamentalist Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE). Read the rest of this entry »

Catapult those Jews for Allah: telling decals on Turkish Viva Palestine van

Think again. Take a look at the picture above, showing decals of a van from Filistin Konvoyu, the Turkish contingent of Viva Palestina, the organisation that sends convoys of ‘humanitarian aid’ to Gaza- already one of the largest recipients of international aid on the planet. Nice catapult.

Pulitzer Prize-nominated investigative journalist and lawyer claims Pakistan assisted Jordanian homicide bomber Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal al-Balawi in his attack, which killed seven US agents and a Jordanian intelligence officer when al-Balawi detonated himself at the Khost base last week:

Afghan spy officials tell The Daily Beast’s Gerald Posner that the chemical fingerprint of the bomb that killed seven CIA agents matches the kind produced by Pakistani intelligence.

Early evidence in the December 30 bombing that killed seven CIA agents suggests a link to Pakistan, two senior Afghan sources, including an official at their spy agency, told The Daily Beast. The pair said that U.S. has already taken a chemical fingerprint of the bomb used by a Jordanian double agent in the attack, and that it matches an explosive type used by their Pakistan equivalents, the Directorate for Inter-Services Intelligence, or ISI. Pull the other one: Kasab denies terror charges despite overwhelming evidence

We understand that Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the accused gunman in last year’s horrific Mumbai Jihad massacre has retracted his confession, saying the police tortured him into admitting his guilt.

The accused has told the special court trying him that he came to Mumbai as a tourist and was arrested 20 days before the siege that left 166 people dead. On the day the attacks began, he says police took him from his cell and shot him to make him look like he was a gunman.

He further claims that he had been initially arrested three weeks before the attack, because he was wandering around the city late at night looking for a place to stay.

Of course, it’s absolutely normal after 20 days of looking for somewhere to stay, to strap on an AK and go on a killing spree – you didn’t know that? Are you kuffar stupid? Kasab clearly thinks so.

What is really happening here is that Kasab has elected to use the Islam-sanctioned tactic known as Taqiyya, whereby a Muslim is permitted to lie provided that his faith is still intact ‘in his heart’.

The Supreme Court of India ruled in 1983 that the death penalty should be imposed only in “the rarest of rare cases.”  This is surely one of them.

We sincerely hope that the Indian courts will not entertain this ridiculous and desparate dissimulation  - and that Kasab will swing soon.

Opposition ‘Community Cohesion’ Minister’ Baroness Sayeeda Warsi gets a first-hand taste of the Islam she tries to convince the rest of us doesn’t exist, as she met some co-religionists in Luton today:

Baroness Warsi was taking part in a walkabout in the predominantly Muslim Bury Park area of Luton when she was confronted by a group of protesters.

Taliban beware: this one might have your name on it

It has long been suspected that Pakistan’s Inter-Service Intelligence Directorate (ISI) is in bed with the Taliban – this latest report shows that the spooks are assisting Top Turban Mullah Omar in moving around the country to escape American UAVs:

Fearing that Taliban supremo Mullah Omar might be targetted by US drones, Pakistan’s ISI has helped him to flee from the border town of Quetta to the mega port city of Karachi, where he has established a new Shura council.

One-eyed leader of the Afghan Taliban recently found refuge from potential US attacks in Karachi with Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) assistance, the Washington Times reported quoting US intelligence officials. Read the rest of this entry »

Twelve people have been killed and 31 injured in a shooting at the Fort Hood military base in Texas, the commander there has said.

Lt Gen Bob Cone said the shooter had been killed in the incident and two suspects arrested. All were American soldiers. The base is locked down.

Lt Gen Cone said the motive for the shooting was not known. One of the dead was a policeman, others were soldiers.

Islamic thuggery: 'Palestinian' leaders are stirring up riots at the disputed holy site

MK [Member of The Knesset] Moshe Matalon of Yisrael Beiteinu (‘Israel Our Home’) warned Monday night that Israel could be facing a “third Intifada,” as evidenced by recent violence in Jerusalem. “The government of Israel must use a heavy and uncompromising hand against inciters and rioters in Jerusalem,” he said.

Matalon called to take action against Sheikh Raed Salah in particular. Sheikh Salah, a leader of the Islamic Movement, has accused Israel of planning to destroy the Al Aksa mosque on the Temple Mount. Read the rest of this entry »

Many young British Muslims feel demonised by the police and the media and say they have come under pressure to prove their loyalty since the September 11 attacks and the 2005 London bombings, a study has found.

The report for the Policy Research Centre, an Islamic think tank, was intended to give young Muslims their own voice to counter assumptions made by outsiders.

It said young Muslims had been portrayed in the media as a threat to society and often struggled to convince people that they can be both British and Muslim at the same time. Read the rest of this entry »

“Problems with the Taliban? Must be those pesky Jews and Indians..”

ISLAMABAD: Gross human rights violation against the people of Palestine and Kashmir, and use of state force by Israel and India is generating despair and militancy among the youth, the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) said on Friday. Following discussions during a roundtable conference held on February 3, the CII stressed that Muslim and Western countries must revisit their policies and future strategies to achieve peace.

The CII on Friday suggested recommendations for a way forward on the widening gap between Islam and the West, which would be sent to ambassadors of countries who participated in the February roundtable discussions.
