Netherlands ‘Declining in Importance’ Because of Geert Wilders- UN Rep
….clearly a case of Ban Ki Moon Derangement Syndrome:
The Netherlands is declining in international importance thanks to anti-immigrant statements by the anti-Islam party PVV and reduced involvement in international [military] missions, according to the outgoing Dutch ambassador to the UN’s food and agriculture agency FAO.
In an interview with the NRC, Agnes van Ardenne also says the minority government’s alliance with Geert Wilders’ PVV party is impossible to explain abroad and that diplomats believe the party is part of the cabinet.
The Netherlands used to have a strong moral compass as a land of peace and justice, Van Ardenne, a former aid minister, said. ‘Now we have a major party which wants to close the borders because our land is full… we are no longer a leading nation.’
Geert Wilders has the Dutch national interest far closer to his heart than any UN one-world multiculturalist.
Since when does being a leading nation in the world entail flooding your country with benefit-dependent immigrants; and promising to do something about that, seal its fate as a basket case?
Immigration (and in Western Europe when we say immigration we are talking largely about Muslim immigration) has, as in other developed countries, cost the Netherlands dearly. In Britain, too, the economic benefits, if any, are barely discernable according to a Parliamentary report – and probably negative once residual factors such as higher propensity to unemployment, crime and benefit and immigration fraud are considered).
Agnes van Ardenne is playing the multiculturalists’ favourite three card trick – she says beneficial immigration. You think highly skilled Indian software developer, Chinese engineer, or Canadian teacher, perhaps. What you get, however, is something else entirely.
When multikultis try to seduce you with gushing, breathless talk of open borders and globalisation being the mark of a developed nation; and bringing with it miraculous economic as well as cultural enrichment:
- a) ask to see the numbers
- b) check to see if you still have your wallet

Geert Wilders Will Walk Free Today
UPDATE: WILDERS COMPLETELY ACQUITTED
“I am delighted with this ruling,” says Geert Wilders. “It is a victory, not only for me but for all the Dutch people. Today is a victory for freedom of speech. The Dutch are still allowed to speak critically about islam, and resistance against islamisation is not a crime. I have spoken, I speak and I shall continue to speak.” Geert Wilders speaking after his acquittal
Dutch politician Geert Wilders has been acquitted of all charges of inciting hatred against Muslims.
Judges in a court in Amsterdam delivered their verdict in a broadcast that was carried live on Dutch TV.
Mr Wilders had described Islam as “fascist”, comparing the Koran to Hitler’s Mein Kampf.
He insisted his remarks were part of a legitimate political debate. Both the defence and prosecution had called for an acquittal. Read the rest of this entry »
Geert Wilders ‘Hate Speech’ Trail Resumes – News Site Closes Comments
As the already wholly discredited circus gets underway again, it’s interesting to note how European media are running scared – not only of litigious Islamic interests, but of the real elephant in the room – the depth of public antipathy toward Islamisation and multiculturalism they are (increasingly unsuccessfully) attempting to stifle:
The court case against MP Geert Wilders on charges of inciting hatred and discrimination resumes on Wednesday.
The focus at today’s hearings is on a dinner party during which Wilders’ legal team claims a senior court official tried to influence a witness in the case.
Senior court official Tom Schalken was a member of the appeal court which ruled Wilders should be taken to court, even though the public prosecution department was opposed. Read the rest of this entry »
Geert Wilders Speaks at the Re-opening of His Show Trial by Dutch Leftists
The lights are indeed going out:
“The lights are going out all over Europe. All over the continent where our culture flourished and where man created freedom, prosperity and civilisation. Everywhere the foundation of the West is under attack.
All over Europe the elites are acting as the protectors of an ideology that has been bent on destroying us since fourteenth centuries. An ideology that has sprung from the desert and that can produce only deserts because it does not give people freedom. The Islamic Mozart, the Islamic Gerard Reve [a Dutch author], the Islamic Bill Gates; they do not exist because without freedom there is no creativity. The ideology of Islam is especially noted for killing and oppression and can only produce societies that are backward and impoverished. Surprisingly, the elites do not want to hear any criticism of this ideology.
My trial is not an isolated incident. Only fools believe it is. All over Europe multicultural elites are waging total war against their populations. Their goal is to continue the strategy of mass-immigration, which will ultimately result in an islamic Europe – a Europe without freedom: Eurabia.
The lights are going out all over Europe. Anyone who thinks or speaks individually is at risk. Freedom loving citizens who criticise islam, or even merely suggest that there is a relationship between islam and crime or honour killing, must suffer and are threatened or criminalised. Those who speak the truth are in danger.
The lights are going out all over Europe. Everywhere the Orwellian thought police are at work, on the lookout for thought crimes everywhere, casting the populace back within the confines where it is allowed to think.
This trial is not about me. It is about something much greater. Freedom of speech is not the property of those who happen to belong to the elites of a country. It is an inalienable right, the birthright of our people. For centuries battles have been fought for it, and now it is being sacrificed to please a totalitarian ideology.
Future generations will look back at this trial and wonder who was right. Who defended freedom and who wanted to get rid of it.
The lights are going out all over Europe. Our freedom is being restricted everywhere, so I repeat what I said here last year:
It is not only the privilege, but also the duty of free people – and hence also my duty as a member of the Dutch Parliament – to speak out against any ideology that threatens freedom. Hence it is a right and a duty to speak the truth about the evil ideology that is called islam. I hope that freedom of speech will emerge triumphant from this trial. I hope not only that I shall be acquitted, but especially that freedom of speech will continue to exist in the Netherlands and in Europe.” Geert Wilders, speaking at the re-opening of his show trial by Dutch leftists, 7 February 2011
