Obama’s ‘Outreach’: Millions to be Spent Restoring Islamic Sites Worldwide
Appeasement of Islam and Muslims to the point of damaging his approval ratings has been a hallmark of the Obama administration
As US President Barack Hussein Obama continues on his seemingly endless quest to appease Muslims, with instructions to NASA to ‘find a way’ to reach them, Iftar dinners at the White House and the US State Dept.’s sponsorship of Ground Zero Mosque Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf’s forthcoming ’speaking tour’ of Muslim countries (without knowledge of what exactly he’ll be talking about); it emerges that that his administration is also planning to spend millions of taxpayer dollars on the restoration of dozens of Muslim sites around the world:
WASHINGTON – The goodwill tour of the Middle East by the Imam behind the proposed mosque near ground zero is just part of the U.S. government’s efforts to reach out to the Muslim world.
This year, the Obama administration will spend nearly $6 million to restore 63 historic and cultural sites, including mosques and minarets, in 55 nations, according to State Department documents.
Under a program established by Congress in 2001, the department will fund at least five projects in as many countries at a cost of more than $271,000. Read the rest of this entry »

Easy Targets? Sweden Deporting Iraqi Asylum Seekers: Just Not Muslims

This report from the BBC’s ‘From our Own Correspondent’ series, looks at the Swedish Government’s recent deportation of Iraqis from Sweden. What seems unusual about the current wave of deportations is the the subjects are Assyrian Christians, possibly the most endangered Iraqis of all:
Although Sweden once led the way in welcoming Iraqi refugees, the authorities are now clamping down and Iraqi asylum seekers are increasingly faced with deportation.

US President Barack Hussein Obama subverts American values and the US Constitution not necessarily by supporting the building of a Mosque near the hallowed ground of the site of the World Trade Center; but by his citing of those values to defend the extremely suspicious motives and the backgrounds of the people behind the ‘Cordoba Initiative’:
President Barack Obama on Friday forcefully endorsed allowing a mosque near ground zero, saying the country’s founding principles demanded no less.
“As a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country,” Obama said, weighing in for the first time on a controversy that has riven New York City and the nation.
“That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances,” he said. “This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable.” Read the rest of this entry »

UK Taxpayers Funding Muslim ‘Virginity Repair’ Surgery
Muslim women: love your genitals, hate Islamic male barbarism
The hidden price of Multiculturalism – the brushing under the carpet of the appalling lot of women in Islam – and as usual, it’s the beleaguered British taxpayer that’s footing the bill:
An increasing number of women are having controversial ‘virginity repair’ operations on the NHS before they get married. In the last five years, 116 hymen repair operations have been undertaken at the tax payer’s expense.
Thousands more women are believed to be paying up to £4,000 to have the surgery done privately each year. NHS surgeons carried out 30 of the procedures in 2009 – up 20 per cent from 2005.
In the private sector one Harley Street doctor claimed to carry out up to three of the operations a day. The specialist who offers a hymenoplasty for £1,850, said demand had tripled in recent years. Read the rest of this entry »
