As France debates banning the wearing of the burka, it is reported that over half of voters in four other major EU countries – UK, Italy, Spain and Germany. – also support Sarkozy in his attempt to rid France of Oppressionwear.

We can’t help but wonder what the results of this survey would reveal were it repeated across the other 22 member states.

'Burn in Hell': Pakistani Muslim Lawyers not making death-threats and blocking the entrance to an Islamabad Courthouse against anyone foolish enough to prosecute fellow Muslim employer who can't have raped, tortured and killed a 12-year old Christian girl, because that could have never happened. Allah is oft forgiving, most merciful...

Hmm… we wonder why?

It seems the international mainstream media were clearly so shocked by the fact that Pakistani lawyers, adherents of the one religion on the planet that condones sex with underage children and the ill-treatment of members of other religions were forcibly preventing legal action that would challenge such behaviour to go ahead – that they didn’t bother to report on the story:

No lawyer comes forward to defend Shazia Bashir, the servant girl murdered by her employer. The powerful association of lawyers in Lahore, arrayed in defence of the murderer, launches death threats and prevents access to the Court. Christian Association condemns this new form of terrorism.

Because of the threats posed by the powerful Lahore Bar Association – an umbrella organisation of city lawyers – no Christian or Muslim lawyer is ready to take on the defence in the murder of 12 year-old Shazia Bashir, it was reported yesterday by The Pakistani Christian association that deals with legal assistance. The father and grandfather of a 16-year-old Turkish girl will face trial for burying her alive because she had developed friendships with boys.

The body of Medine Memi was found in a sitting position with her hands tied in a 6ft hole dug underneath a chicken coop outside her family’s home in Kahta, south eastern Turkey, 40 days after she had been reported missing.

According to a post mortem examination, a large amount of soil in her lungs and stomach revealed that she had been buried while conscious and suffered a slow and agonising death. Read the rest of this entry »

UKIP Leader Lord Malcolm Pearson: the niqab and burka should face a total ban in Britain

The Times is reporting that British political party UKIP is to call for a ban on the niqab and the burka. We can just see it now - ‘UKIP Go To Hell’.

UKIP have been Un:dhimmi’s favourite party for a long time. Who wouldn’t want a fem-tent-free Britain and blessed release from the spendthrift, unelected, unaccountable mandarins of the EUSSR?

There’d also almost certainly be a strong relationship with Geert Wilders and the PVV. What a bonus. And if all that weren’t enough, the move has also got up the nose of the British branch of the Muslim Brotherhood Muslim Council of Britain:

“UKIP is supposed to be proud of Britain’s traditions and values, which include freedom or speech, association and religion. The overwhelming majority of women who wear the burka do so out of a sense of religious duty. It is their interpretation of their religion. UKIP have no right to overrule that. It is nobody else’s business.” – Inayat Bunglawala, Assistant General Secretary, MCB

The MPs, who were among the first four women to be elected to the country’s National Assembly in May, have angered their Islamist colleagues, who say they say they are flouting sharia, or Islamic law.

One of the two is going further by demanding the scrapping of an amendment to electoral regulations that says they have to observe sharia in parliament.

“You can’t force a woman going to the mall to wear a hijab and you can’t force a woman going to work to wear the hijab,” the MP, Rola Dashti, told The Daily Telegraph. “This is not Iran or Saudi Arabia.” Read the rest of this entry »

A Religious [Sharia] court in Malaysia has sentenced a tearful Singaporean Muslim model to six strokes of the cane after she drank beer in a nightclub.

Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno, 32, pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol at a hotel nightclub in the eastern state of Pahang last year, the New Straits Times newspaper reported. Read the rest of this entry »

Paradise for you - not so much for the natives. Sharia rules in the beautiful Maldives

An 18-year-old woman was flogged in public outside the Justice Building [in Malé] and sentenced to a year of house arrest today for having extra-marital sex.

The woman received 100 lashes after confessing to having extra-marital sex with two men on separate occasions earlier this year.

She was taken to hospital after the lashing; although an official at Criminal Court said she had tripped on a step and hurt her leg, Judge Abdulla Mohamed, chief judge of the Criminal Court, said she fainted. Read the rest of this entry »
