Noor al-Maleki's murdering father will escape the death penalty

Have Muslims been exempted from the death penalty in the United States?

It appears even America is not immune to the disease of dhimmitude and cultural cringe towards Islam, a phenomenon that is infecting judiciaries all over the Western world:

Glendale [Arizona] man accused of slaying his daughter in an “honour killing” will not face the death penalty.

After sparring with the suspect’s defence attorney over its death penalty review process, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has said it will not seek death for Faleh Almaleki, 49.

The Iraqi immigrant is accused of slaying his daughter, 20-year-old Noor Almaleki, for being “too Westernised.”

Police say he used his Jeep Cherokee to run down his daughter and another woman in a Peoria parking lot Oct. 20. Noor Almaleki later died of her injuries. Read the rest of this entry »

Britain has quickly become a primary breeding ground for Islamic terrorism in recent years. Yet another reason to thank the multiculturalists and immigration apologists – and our outrageously broken ‘Student Visa’ system.

Fraser Nelson reports from the Spectator on what’s being used to keep the truth about ‘breaking’ stories from Britons – and the Telegraph on the incident itself. Another frightening aspect of this story is that it appears that Islamic terrorists may now have acquired the ability to use deadly binary explosives, undetectable using current airport screening technology. If this turns out to be the case, expect massively increased security around travel next year – and a possibly disastrous slump in air travel in particular.

We just hope Britons remember who to thank for turning our country into ‘Muslim Terrorism Central’, at the ballot boxes next year.

Ex-Muslim author Nonie Darwish, whose speech at Boston University was interrupted by suspected arson

Muslim Interest groups and money are ruthlessly strangling free debate at American Ivy League Universities and beyond:

Author Nonie Darwish, whose new book warns of the advance of Islamic law in the West, completed a scheduled speech at Boston University but not without the interruption of an apparent arson in a nearby restroom.

Darwish, whose recently scheduled addresses at both Columbia and Princeton were canceled following Islamic opposition, said the students who arranged her Boston University appearance this week believe the fire was an attempt to hinder her message. Read the rest of this entry »

Racist, Jihadi mass murderer John Allen muhammad, executed by lethal injection in Washington last night

We mention the words the mainstream media censors, so you don’t have to – and show the evidence (below the fold) that most of them are trying to gloss over – that these appalling  crimes were, like the Fort Hood Massacre, an act of Jihad:

Muhammed, 48, was killed by lethal injection at 9.11pm EST (0211 GMT) for a three-week killing spree in 2002 that left 10 dead.

Prison spokesman Larry Traylor said Muhammad had no final words and did not utter a word while he was preparing to be executed.

J. Wyndal Gordon said Muhammad had no regrets and would die with dignity. Mr Gordon also insisted that Muhammad was innocent. Read the rest of this entry »

A few more telling details emerging about the nothing-to-do-with-Jihad™ nature of the Fort Hood massacre and its perpetrator, Major Nidal Hasan:

Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the gunman who killed 13 at America’s Fort Hood military base, once gave a lecture to other doctors in which he said non-believers should be beheaded and have boiling oil poured down their throats.

He also told colleagues at America’s top military hospital that non-Muslims were infidels condemned to hell who should be set on fire. The outburst came during an hour-long talk Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, gave on the Koran in front of dozens of other doctors at Walter Reed Army Medical Centre in Washington DC, where he worked for six years before arriving at Fort Hood in July.

Colleagues had expected a discussion on a medical issue but were instead given an extremist interpretation of the Koran, which Hasan appeared to believe.

It appears that Major Nidal Hasan, perpetrator of the Fort Hood Jihad massacre, is the celebrity du jour in the Muslim world. Not only are we hearing reports that he is being hailed as a hero on the usual radical Islamist sites in Palestine and around the Middle East and the other ‘usual suspect locations – the party is just getting started in the USA, too.

Just as, after 9/11, Muslims across the globe made disgusting celebrations of the 9/11 atrocities and the deaths of thousands of innocent people; and once again the ideology that hates you is rejoicing.

Take a look at the video above and reflect on the fact that some of the people that hate you the most are right in your back yard.

Some of the theories currently being touted by the mainstream media regarding the motivation of 39-year-old army psychiatrist Major Nidal Malik Hasan, who shot 13 of his colleagues dead  and wounded dozens more on Thursday, include:

• That he had been ‘increasingly unhappy’ in the military
• He was apprehensive about his upcoming deployment to Afghanistan
• Widespread stress with the long and repeated tours the US military personnel are expected to undergo (although my this might have affected Maj. Hassan is not made clear – he had reportedly never been on a tour of duty and certainly in his position would have been highly unlikely to have seen any combat even if he had)
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – that Maj. Hasan was affected by the PTSD he saw in some patients returning from active duty

UPDATED 06/11/09: Further video above. Ex-colleague talks about Major Nidal Malik Hasan. It seems certain now that this atrocity was an act of Jihad and not some one-off, isolated act of lunacy (as it will no doubt be presented as by CAIR and the Muslim apologist community):

Twelve people have been killed and 31 injured in a shooting at the Fort Hood military base in Texas, the commander there has said.

Lt Gen Bob Cone said the shooter had been killed in the incident and two suspects arrested. All were American soldiers. The base is locked down.

Lt Gen Cone said the motive for the shooting was not known. One of the dead was a policeman, others were soldiers.
