We’re sure that sometimes, ordinary Arabs must wish the whole of the Middle East was run by the Jews:

The life of a 17-year-old Palestinian girl from Rafah in Gaza was saved by Kaplan Medical Centre doctors after she fell from a malfunctioning ferris wheel near her home and was critically injured.

Three months after the accident, she is out of danger, but her doctors are trying to collect funds to enable her to undergo abroad a small-intestine transplant, which is unavailable here.

“I wish for peace between us and Israel,” Abir Abu-Nakira said. “Kaplan physicians saved me.” Read the rest of this entry »

Iranian ambassador to Egypt He's only saying what the rest of the Ummah is thinking

Western diplomatic efforts aimed at heading off a United Nations resolution on Palestine statehood appear to be making little or no progress. The United States and other allies are trying to find a way to push Palestinians back into direct peace talks with Israel, but those efforts have been rejected.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas complained that “all hell has broken out against us” over the UN effort, but that there was no turning back from the present course.

That course, Iran’s ambassador to Egypt said in a weekend interview, was merely one stage in a broader effort. The push for full membership of Palestine as a UN member state “is a step towards wiping out Israel,” said Ambassador Mojtaba Amani in an interview with Al-Watan al-Arabi. “But the Palestinians must that follow a correct example and complete all the measures to prevent the Zionist Entity from depriving them their rights.”

This is no embarrassing slip of the tongue. Despite claims to the contrary and increasingly shaky-looking ‘peace treaties’, (see ‘Hudna’ in our Lexicon of Jihad) Every single one of Israel’s Islamic neighbours – including ‘Palestine’ – is predicated on nothing less than the annihilation of the Jewish state, the only advanced democracy in the Middle East.

And they have no better friends with which to accomplish it than the next-to-useless dhimmis at the United Nations.

The murderers of the Fogel family, who slaughtered both parents and three of their children in their beds in Itamar, Israel in March this year, will – like all other Palestinian terrorists – receive full salaries from the Palestinian Authority backdated from the day of their arrest. The Palestinian Media Watch Foundation presented a report to the British Parliament this week, showing that a large proportion of aid given by the UK and other developed nations goes towards paying generous monthly salaries for Islamic terrorists in Israeli Prisons.

In addition, generous payments are also paid to the families of ‘martyrs’ – suicide bombers and those killed in action by the Israeli Defence Force.

In 2010, according to PA news reports, Britain contributed £90 million to the PA’s general budget. Britain has committed to continue its contributions to the PA with £86 million per year until 2015. Read the rest of this entry »

A Palestinian human rights organization on Thursday said Israel has begun using new methods of physical and psychological torture against Palestinian and Arab prisoners.

The Mandela Institute for Political Prisoners said in a press statement that the Israeli internal intelligence agency Shin Bet has been using painful means — mental and physical — of torture that leave fewer physical evidence such as forcing prisoners to sit in tiny chairs with hands and feet tied, making them stand up in closets, depriving detainees from sleep and using violent shaking.
