N. Korea Assisting Iran’s Missile Plan – Purely Peacefully™, Of Course..

Purely peaceful™: Ahmadinejad posing with Iranian officials by a Simorgh rocket

We’ve written before about North Korea’s nuclear assistance to both Iran and Syria, providing expertise in planning and building some extremely suspicious sites.

Now it appears that, thanks to the blundering UN and the ineffectual threats of ’sanctions’ from the talking heads of the ‘international community’, Mahmoud and the Mullahs have finally, with further willing help from the lunatic régime of Pyongyang, spun their Taqiyya lies into reality – and brought the Middle East to the nuclear brink; both in terms of production of fissile material and now, it appears, delivery systems:

Iran is building a new rocket launch site a short distance from an existing complex and seems to be working with North Korea, information group IHS Jane’s said Friday.
Construction visible from satellite imagery of the new site, near the city of Semnan east of Tehran, suggests that Iran has been collaborating with Pyongyang, said the London-based defence intelligence group.

Iran unveiled the Simorgh (Phoenix) space-launch vehicle (SLV) on February 3 but has not publicly revealed the location of the rocket’s launch complex, it reported. Read the rest of this entry »

British and Israeli Imperialist Zionist Snakes.. and Ladders!

..as an Iranian teen magazine inculcates its readers in anti-Semitism and hatred of the West (via the esteemed Tundra Tabloids).

Easily the most outrageous untruth implied in this game is that al-BBCeera is out to get them, too – now you really couldn’t make that up!

Iran Switches off GMail for its Citizens, Introduces, ahem – ‘Own’ Email..

A similar message to that which may be greeting Iran's millions of internet users this morning

Yes, um, that sounds nice…
Iran’s telecommunications agency announced Wednesday that it has permanently suspended Google’s e-mail services and that a national e-mail service for Iranians will be rolled out soon.

It is not clear what effect the order has had on gmail in Iran. Google says in a statement, “We have heard from users in Iran that they are having trouble accessing Gmail. We can confirm a sharp drop in traffic, and we have looked at our own networks and found that they are working properly. Whenever we encounter blocks in our services we try to resolve them as quickly as possibly because we strongly believe that people everywhere should have the ability to communicate freely online. Sadly, sometimes it is not within our control.”

Google on Tuesday unveiled a new service called “Buzz,” a social networking tool built into its gmail service. Read the rest of this entry »

Lebanon, Now a Hizballah State, to Join UN Security Council in 2010

Welcome the latest addition to the UN Security Council: Nazi-saluting Hizballah militiamen

The lunatics have finally overrun the asylum. And, like it has already succeeded in doing with the Human Rights Commission, the Organisation of The Islamic Conference (OIC) gets a grip on the UN Security Council. Things have taken a worrying turn for the worse at the already-rotten UN. Could things get any more absurd?

WASHINGTON – As of January 1, 2010 and for the next two years, Lebanon will be joining the United Nations Security Council as the Arab states’ representative, replacing Libya. This means that as of next year, Hezbollah and Iran will have direct access to the Security Council.

The Hezbollah organization, which was required to disarm in line with Security Council Resolution 1559 from 2004 and 1701 (in the wake of the Second Lebanon War,) is now a member of the Lebanese government – which recently decided that the group does not need to disarm [we understand that Lebanon has repudiated Resolution 1559 in the last few days - Ed]. And now, the Security Council will comprise a representative of the Lebanese government, which includes the Hezbollah terror group. Read the rest of this entry »

Iran Nuclear Weapons Capability Confirmed

Suspected Uranium enrichment plant, Iran

Suspected Uranium enrichment plant, Iran

Caught red-handed. New papers show Iran working on nuclear bomb:

A document containing new evidence that Iran is developing nuclear weapons is genuine, according to Sky sources.

The Times has obtained notes describing a four-year plan to test a neutron initiator, the component of a nuclear bomb that triggers an explosion.

Foreign intelligence agencies have apparently dated the document to early 2007, four years after Iran was thought to have suspended its weapons programme. Read the rest of this entry »

35-Tonne Air Shipment of N. Korean Weapons Seized in Thailand

For anyone who’s ever wondered how Hamas and Hizballah get their huge arsenals of weaponry –  who ships them and who funds them – read on:

North Korea’s illegal trading in war weapons has come into sharp focus with the seizure of a big payload at a Bangkok airport at the weekend.

It is believed the 35 tonnes of missiles, rocket-propelled grenades and other explosives were part of an illegal arms run to Asia, but the final destination remains unclear. Read the rest of this entry »

UN Lunacy Just Gets Worse: Hizballah on Security Council?

Coming soon to a UN Security Council conference near you

Best buddies: Coming soon to a UN Security Council conference near you

Just when you thought things couldn’t get more surreal at the woefully corrupt, discredited United Nations:

On Jan. 1, 2010, Hezbollah and its de-facto ruler Iran could have a direct line to the Security Council and gain access to all the confidential information to which Security Council members are privy.

In October the U.N. General Assembly overwhelmingly voted for Lebanon to be the Asian bloc’s new non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for a 2-year term. Read the rest of this entry »

Lebanese Military and Hizballah – Becoming Interchangeable?

Not fireworks: Deadly Iran-made and supplied Katyusha rockets have been fired by Hizballah at Israel with increasing regularity

Not fireworks: Deadly Iran-made and supplied Katyusha rockets have been fired by Hizballah at Israel with increasing regularity

An object lesson in Islamist duplicity:

Lebanon’s army chief, Jean Kahwaji, called on his soldiers to be wary and to prepare defences along the border for a possible Israeli attack, the London-based Al-Quds Al-Arabi reported Saturday.

In a statement published in honour of Lebanon’s Independence Day, the general said soldiers should prepare “to handle what the Israeli enemy is scheming against the homeland, and to continue the battle against its violations – in the air, water, and land – with all the tools at our disposal”. Israeli Navy Intercepts Iranian Arms Ship Destined for Hizballah

Video above of similar weapons haul in 2002. The Israeli Defence Force Sopkesman said that todays find was ten times larger:

Israel’s navy has intercepted a ship carrying hundreds of tonnes of Iranian weapons intended for Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Israeli military has said.

The Antiguan-flagged vessel, Francop, was boarded 160km (100 miles) off the Israeli coast, the military said, and has been towed to the port of Ashdod.

PM Benjamin Netanyahu said the arms were intended to strike Israeli cities. Read the rest of this entry »

Breaking: Massive Suicide Bomb in Iran Kills 31

Iranian Revolutionary Guards

Iranian Revolutionary Guards

UPDATE 18/10/09 13:15 – We now understand that this is probably an act by a Sunni resistance group (Iran is Shia-dominted) and part of a long-standing dispute in Balochistan in the South East. It is unlikely to be related to the post-election protest movement.

We will continue to keep an eye on the story, however, as it is nonetheless likely to have been a significant shock to the system for the ruling élite.

TEHRAN: Iran’s official news agency is reporting that at least 20 people, including five senior commanders of the elite Revolutionary Guard, have been killed in a suicide bombing in southeastern Iran.

The IRNA news agency says the dead included Gen. Noor Ali Shooshtari, the deputy commander of the Guard’s ground force, and Rajab Ali Mohammadzadeh, the Guard’s chief provincial commander. Read the rest of this entry »
