Terror-Supporting Turkish ‘NGO’ IHH (no doubt aided and abetted by the Islamist Turkish government) is now hoisting the convenience flag of Comoros, a.k.a جزر القُمُر, Juzur al-Qumur) a little-known African island state, in order to further its quest to pervert the truth about the ‘Gaza Flotilla’ fiasco:
With neither Turkey nor Israel as members of the International Criminal Court, the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Foundation, or İHH, has turned to its third option and hoisted the Comoros flag. The NGO plans to make a run on the court in hopes of obtaining a verdict declaring Israeli officials guilty of human rights violations in the attack on the MV Mavi Marmara in May.
The Comoros Island’s registration of the now-famous Mavi Marmara, attacked [um, that would be 'legitimately and legaly boarded' - Ed] in May by Israeli commandos, provides legal means for the International Criminal Court to investigate alleged crimes against humanity. Read the rest of this entry »
Turkey’s government has seized the one-time state yacht of Kemal Atatürk, the founder of modern Turkey, following media reports that a vice ring had used the vessel to throw sex parties with prostitutes.
Eight women and two underage girls, all of whom were believed to be prostitutes, were taken for health checks after authorities in the Mediterranean city of Antalya confiscated the 136-metre Savarona, state-run Anatolian news agency reported.
Eight people, including two women, remain in custody, it said. The Savarona had been leased to a businessman by the Finance Ministry.
“I gave the necessary instructions for the cancellation of the ship’s lease,” Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek told Anatolian, adding the Culture Ministry should now take ownership of the vessel. Read the rest of this entry »
More Cultural Enrichment™ benefits from that heady combination of the Religion of Peace™ and Pakistan – the country that keeps on giving:
At least 20 Britons are undergoing terrorist training in Pakistan to launch Mumbai-style shootings and suicide attacks in Britain, intelligence sources have told The Daily Telegraph.
The young Muslims, who all hold British passports, are said to have travelled into the lawless tribal areas of Pakistan to join training camps run by al-Qaeda and their associated militant groups.
They are being trained to use firearms as well as explosives so that they can launch random shooting sprees in the UK, Western intelligence sources said. Read the rest of this entry »
Another round of al-Muhajiroun whack-a-mole:
British terror nuts are planning to launch a new hate-filled TV station.
Vile Muslim extremists will use the evil network to call their supporters to “the battlefield”.
The internet station will include live broadcasts from preachers of hate such as Anjem Choudary and Omar Bakri Muhammad. And its organisers are even advertising sermons from a convicted terrorist. Read the rest of this entry »
Just when you thought the UN lunacy couldn’t get any more surreal (Hat tip to The Religion of Peace):
Seen by many as a rogue nuclear state, Pakistan on Monday ironically became the head of the governing body of the UN nuclear watchdog–International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). In an election at a special one-day meeting in Vienna, IAEA’s 35-member board of governors appointed Pakistan Atomic
Pakistan has taken over the chair the main role of which is to preside over debates and helping the Board of Governors reach consensus decisions, from Malaysia.
According to reports from Vienna, some experts see Pakistan as a potential problem because it was home to a nuclear-smuggling ring run by scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan, the father of Pakistan’s atomic bomb and a national hero.
Khan had publicly confessed in 2004 that he shared atomic secrets with Iran, Libya and North Korea, although he later retracted his remarks.
There is also concern over the security of Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal and stockpile of weapons-grade material and the danger of their falling into the hands of the Taliban and Al-Qaeda insurgents, according to reports.
So, let’s see – we have Lebanon (and thereby Hizbollah), with a seat on the Security Council. The laughably-named UN Human Rights Council is effectively controlled by the Organisation of the Islamic Conference and the Non-Aligned Movement – a motley collection of Islamists, vehemently anti-Western dictatorships and third-world kleptocracies; astoundingly placed in charge of the plight of the world’s most vulnerable.
And now the planet’s most shady and shaky nuclear power (well, at least on a par with the NorKs) is going to be in charge of, um, everyone else’s nuclear power.
Can anyone seriously think of a substantive, rational reason why we in the civilised world should continue to empty our collective coffers of billions of dollars every year in order to support this craziness? Really?
Answers on a postcard.
