Having not had a break for ages, we’ve decided to take advantage of the nice weather over here in the UK at the moment, packed up the Un:dhimmi-mobile and are going to the beach for a couple of days to recharge our batteries.
Even dedicated Counterjihadists need a break sometimes: no burkas, no Anjem, no whimpering Dhimmis, no Barry – just the sheer, natural beauty of the English South Coast… plus wholesome food, great beer, sunshine and lazy beaches..
See you soon
Her name was Neda Salehi Agha Soltan and she was a philosophy student. But the manner of her death has turned her into an instant, global symbol of the Iranian regime’s brutality.
This innocent woman aged 26 was shot in the chest during running battles between opposition protesters and Iranian security forces in Tehran on Saturday. Since then, a grainy, 40-second video showing her final moments, blood streaming from her nose and mouth as a man implores her not to die, has ricocheted around the world on YouTube, blogs and social networking sites. An excellent article from highly-regarded writer Diana West, from ‘Islam Continues to Strangle Free Speech’ - Washington Times, 12/06/09
COPENHAGEN, Denmark — I am being patted down by a female Danish security officer in the basement of the parliament building in Copenhagen and I have a thought. I have just triggered the metal detector — my heels, I’m sure — en route upstairs to the Landstingssalen, formerly the parliament’s upper house. There, I am scheduled to deliver a speech at the invitation of the Danish Free Press Society, or Trykkefrihedsselskabet. (Say that three times fast — or slow.)

We’ll let the power of YouTube do the talking with a video post containing several pieces of evidence of the Mullahs’ callous, brutal disdain for the people of Iran (be warned: some of the following scenes are graphic and distressing):
The video above will give you some idea of the sheer size of the protests and the ‘Green Revolution’ movement Read the rest of this entry »
As a little in the way of light relief from the important events unfolding in Tehran, we spotted the above on the website of Press TV, the Mullahs’ media mouthpiece in Iran, earlier today.
Apparently, and as just about everything else with the current situation in Iran seems to be the fault of the Little Satan (if you believe Turban-In-Chief Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hoseyni Khāmene’i, that is); the UK has moved to freeze some of the Mullahcracy’s assets and they’re shrieking about it on the front page.
Keen-eyed readers will note, however, that perhaps the seizure of assets has a bilateral apsect. To the left of the headline, you will note the ‘Breaking News’ globe graphic they use to illustrate the headline round-up, which actually belongs to the BBC News Channel. That’s the British Broadcasting Corporation to you, Ali. Oh the sweet irony!
